1. Services Provided

We provide motor vehicle services including repairs, MOT tests, diagnostics, servicing, and parts replacement. Additional services may be offered via our membership portal at https://members.highpointautorepairs.co.uk.

2. Bookings & Appointments

✅ Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

✅ Appointment dates and times are subject to availability.

✅ We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in case of emergencies or operational issues.

3. Payments

✅ Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

✅ We accept major credit/debit cards and approved online payment methods.

✅ Late payment may result in withholding of the vehicle or further charges.

4. Warranties

✅ Parts and labour are typically covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated.

✅ Warranty exclusions include wear and tear, misuse, or third-party tampering.

5. Liability

We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

✅ Loss of use, income, or business due to vehicle downtime

✅ Customer-supplied parts or unauthorised modifications

✅ Pre-existing faults not reported prior to repair

6. Cancellation Policy

✅ Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

✅ Failure to show up may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Website Use

✅ You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorised access.

✅ All content, logos, and branding remain the intellectual property of Highpoint Motor Centre Ltd.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law
